Areas that need support in - Management of Ticket, Client Management, Traffic Management, internal & external Communications, People Management to name a few
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Jira
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Solid managerial track record
- Ability to engage on Technical issues
- Quick learner, self-motivated, autonomous, proactive, intellectually curious, team player with strong attention to detail
- A team-oriented individual who values opportunities to build the skills and capabilities of others, a strong sense of the possible, and a real desire to improve customer experience
- Understanding of browser-based SaaS platforms
