My client is a Hampshire based, reputable '£30m turnover' Fire and Electronic Security System Integrator/Installation Company/Lock Smiths/Man Guarding Company. They specialise in the design, installation and ongoing maintenance of Electronic Fire and Security Solutions.

I am seeking a full time 'experienced' Accounts Executive for one of my top clients based in Fareham. Someone whos is AAT qualified will be nice but not essential.
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliation
- Other admin tasks
- Must stem from a solid admin/accounts background.
- Live ideally within a 30 min commute from offices in Fareham.
- Team player
- Able to work under pressure, department is fun but very busy all of the time.
- A sold accounts back ground.
- familiar with Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control etc.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge and experience - be able to demonstrate
- Must be able to manipulate a excel spreadsheet - very important.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Articulate, be able to spell and construct sentences well in business writing format.
- Highly organised, a planner.
Details of the role:
- Starting salary: Between 22K and 24K subject to experience.
- A review between 3-6 months.
- Working hours - 8.30 am till 5 pm
- 30 minutes lunch break
