REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

About my client:
- My client are a very well respected Security System Distribution Company based in Manchester with an established team of 4 field sales/BDM and 10 Internal Sales and Account Managers.
- They have been trading for over 24 years - they sell their systems to the installer market!
- 50% of their business is South of Watford.
- With a good retention of staff, some of the management staff for example have been with the company for 15 years plus, some people in the company have been working for my client since leaving school/colleage - has been their only job - speaks volumes.
About the job:
- Account Management and New Business Generation.
- Selling CCTV, and other Electronic Security Systems to Security System Installer companies.
- The role will be a mixture of nurturing and getting the best from existing clients, reigniting old customers that haven't bought from my client in a while and generating new business across the South.
Whats on offer:
- Will pay up to (circa) £50K.
- plus car, plus bonus
- The bonus is a company wide bonus scheme, everyone gets 5% of their salary, the percentage increases the more they do -
- Client is willing to look at a different renumeration package for the right candidate.
- The role will working from home, 1 day at home doing admin, chasing leads etc, rest of week will be spent out on the road attending appointments/relationship building, system demonstrations etc.
- Someone ideally working for another Security System Distributor, living in the South of England.
- I am looking for someone who is a builder of relationships rather than a hard seller/quick turn around type as someone like that wouldn't fit the business - looking for someone who wants the best for the company and the customer.
- Good contacts within the Security Installer world.
