THE ROLE

For this Access Control Regional Sales Manager, we need someone that can hunt out new business opportunities opening new partnerships with end users from various sectors but also is excellent at managing accounts and dealing with their existing customers to seek out upsell and cross-sell opportunities in your region.
50% of the role would be concentrating on managing channel sales.
You will be selling solutions/solving actual problems rather than an off the shelf products.

This Regional Sales Manager is for you if you have/are:

  • Have knowledge of Access Control and/or CCTV systems and have a proven track record of sales in the security industry;
  • All-consuming hunter mentality
  • An excellent networking ability
  • Able to ask insightful questions and qualify/disqualify based on an agreed set of criteria
