2nd Line Support Engineer
Are you an experienced 2nd line support engineer? This may be the role for you!
We are looking for someone who has extensive 2nd line support experience and is looking to further their career in a rewarding, fast paced industry, taking up the role of 2nd line support engineer within a growing, successful company who are leaders in their field.
What would make a great candidate for this role?
- You have good and demonstrable experience providing 2nd line, customer service and support
- Good experience working with SQL DML
- Good communication and spoken skills
What are the responsibilities of this 2nd line support engineer position?
In this role you will be working closely with the Research & Development and the Cloud Operations department, making sure that client platform improvement suggestions seen throughout the cases are reported, potential bugs are identified, understood and raised as tickets accordingly.
The role is homebased, remote within the UK.
