We are looking to recruit an experienced 2nd line support analyst who can provide infrastructure and desk top support. You will need to have demonstrable experience with Windows, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. Experience with In Tune or supporting Cisco network infrastructures is also an advantage.

This is a broad role with excellent opportunity for further career development. In addition to providing 2nd line support, you will have the opportunity to do some project work. It is hoped you would also be a person who works in a collaborative manner and in addition to learning you would be happy to share knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues.
