With 6 monthly pay reviews and what's needed to guarantee a rise and/or promotion as well as a wealth of other development options confirmed before you start the quarter, you'll never need to head into a meeting not knowing what's going to happen ever again.

Eligo Academy 

We’re proud to invest in talent which is why set up the Eligo Academy Scheme - a 12-month training programme which offers a thorough introduction to recruitment and our specialist sectors, with dedicated weekly training sessions and daily mentoring. 

We started our Eligo Academy programme in order to give a vast pool of local untapped talent including grads and career movers a chance to forge a career and utilise their strengths in doing so.

The aim of the academy is to take enthusiastic recruitment novices and help them become fully-fledged recruitment consultants.

   

This step by step approach allows them to be highly skilled in the basic but pivotal elements of the role which we believe inspires them to be the best calibre recruiters they can, ensures they are confident and capable to provide quality service and a greater chance of achieving greater success later in their career.

As with all things Eligo, the Director’s door is always open, particularly to the Academy entrants, giving them a chance to learn from some of the best and become an integral part of the business from day one.

Activity

  • As an Eligo Academy Resource Consultant, you'll follow an intensive 12-month training programme

  • The first 6 months focus on candidate generation and qualification, whilst you'll also cover business development and client management
  • You'll develop strong market knowledge and recruitment skills before working with clients

Targets

  • £10,000 - £30,000

  • Source 3-5 placed candidates

  • Demonstrate effective proactive client account management with the assigned client base
  • Demonstrate effective consistent lead generation and new business development activity

Earnings & Rewards

  • Your basic salary starts at £18,000

  • You'll earn 2.5% of placements up to £30,000 and 5% over £30,000 (£21,000 OTE)
  • You'll also qualify for a whole host of benefits and quarterly incentives, plus further opportunities for personal development and growth. Read more about that below.

  • Build on your client knowledge and understanding

  • Independently manage the full candidate process whilst developing client management skills

  • Liaise with clients and manage day-to-day activity of the account including taking briefs and providing interview feedback

  • Assigned responsibility for a client base

  • £15,000

  • Source 3-5 placed candidates

  • Demonstrate effective proactive client account management with the assigned client base
  • Demonstrate effective consistent lead generation and new business development activity

earnings & rewards

  • Your basic salary will be £20,000

  • You'll earn 10% commission on all deal revenue (£26,000 OTE)
  • You'll also qualify for a whole host of benefits and quarterly incentives, plus further opportunities for personal development and growth. Read more about that below.

  • Support Client Consultant in long term client relationship management and development

  • Assist with commercial negotiations, terms of business and holding regular review meetings

  • 12 - 18 months - £20k
  • 18 - 24 months - £30k
  • 24 + months - £30k

  • Demonstrate effective proactive client account management with the assigned client base

  • Demonstrate effective consistent lead generation and new business development activity

earnings & rewards

  • Your basic salary will be between £22,500 - £27,500 depending on your target

  • Moving onto our standard commission plan your OTE will be £34,000 - £39,000

  • You'll also qualify for a whole host of benefits and quarterly incentives, our bi-annual holiday trip, and further opportunities for personal development and growth. Read more about that below.

  • Eligo's fast track training programme supports you in learning a new market and/or building on existing training and experience.

  • Work towards becoming a knowledgeable and successful 360 consultant and beyond as quickly as possible

  • £20,000 - £30,000

  • Demonstrate effective proactive client account management of your client base

  • Demonstrate effective consistent lead generation and new business development activity

Earnings & Rewards

  • Basic £20,000 - £25,000 

  • £32,000 - £37,000 OTE

  • A range of benefits & incentives including bi-annual holiday

Activity

  • Become knowledgeable in your niche field and manage the full 360 recruitment process

  • Develop new business and build your own pipeline of clients and candidates

Targets

  • £30,000

  • Demonstrate effective proactive client account management of your client base

  • Demonstrate effective consistent lead generation and new business development activity

Earnings & Rewards

  • Basic £25,000 - £28,000 (Depending on target)

  • £37,000 - £42,000 OTE

  • A range of benefits & incentives including bi-annual holiday

Activity

  • Become knowledgable and recognised in your niche field and manage full 360 recruitment process
  • Develop new business and build your own pipeline of clients and candidates

  • £30,000 - £35,000

  • Demonstrate effective proactive client account management with your client base

  • Basic £27,000 - £32,000 

  • £40,000 - £49,000 OTE

  • Pitch to clients for exclusivity and retained services

  • £37,000 - £45,000

  • Basic £32,000 - £37,500

  • £51,500 - £57,000 OTE

  • A range of benefits & incentives including bi-annual holiday

  • You will be a knowledgeable and recognised thought leader in your niche field

  • You will actively seek to develop the Eligo brand and personal presence within your market

  • Continue to manage the 360 process, gain new business and build own pipeline of clients and candidates

  • Identify and manage commercial growth

  • £45,000 - £62,000

  • Demonstrate effective proactive client account management of your client base
  • Demonstrate effective consistent lead generation and new business development activity

Earnings & Rewards

  • Basic £35,000 - £50,000 (Depending on target)

  • £62,000 - £104,000 OTE (Depending on target)

  • Access to a dedicated resourcer to support candidate generation and account management
