Background and experience :
Like many before me, I literally fell into the recruitment industry on returning home from doing a ski season in the French alps. I had a few friends who were doing it they seemed to think that I’d enjoy it and they were right. I started my career focused on the HR sector as I’d just completed a degree in HR Management so it made perfect sense.
I genuinely enjoy what I do, over the years I have met so many amazing people across the niche markets I have covered from Business change and transformation to my current focus within Data Intelligence. I have been fortunate to make lifelong friends thanks to my choice of career.
I'm a Leeds lad born and bred (which automatically qualifies me as an avid Leeds United fan!) and a passionate recruiter with over 20 years of experience building successful recruitment solutions across various industries. My journey started after university, and I haven't looked back since! In 2014, I took the leap to follow my dream of entrepreneurship, co-founding Logikk.
