Job Title: Training Coordinator – London (Middlesex) Salary: £20-25K depending on experience. Our client is a global performance improvement company providing a full spectrum of consulting, training, engineering and related technical services. They require an experienced Training Co-ordinator to provide support for all EMEA focused business in the implementation of learning administrative services for one of their major global clients. Reporting to the Business Unit Director and EMEA Account Director, you will be responsible on a day-to day basis, for the administration and co-ordination of training outsourced projects. As part of the EMEA team, your duties will typically include: * Providing a professional, customer focused first point of contact service * The day to day co-ordination of scheduled training events on customer sites within EMEA * Organising training logistics to ensure the smooth running of training events on customer sites * Ensuring that all local training facilities are appropriately equipped in line with the stated customer requirements * Providing a point of contact for learners attending events on site * Accessing and updating customer Learning Management Systems and individual learning records as required * Monitoring course enrolment lists to ensure that courses are populated in accordance with current contractual levels * Preparing invoicing information based on system data and applying cancellation policies * Preparing contractual performance data for presentation to management and customer review meetings * Meeting demanding deadlines and stringent customer performance measures. Applicant Requirements: You must be confident and pro-active, with good organisational and interpersonal skills, be highly computer literate with a firm understanding of Office 2007 applications. Your customer service skills must be faultless and your drive to exceed customer expectations must be clearly demonstrable. Although part of a larger team, you will need to be able to work on your own initiative at times when speedy solutions to problems are required. You will be fully supported and, although experience in this field is a large advantage, full training on customer bespoke systems and packages will be provided.
