We are currently recruiting for a large information solutions provider who specialise in the production of specialist corporate publications and events.
This is an exciting new position on their conference division for a senior sales executive looking to progress into a sales management position or a sales manager who would like the opportunity to build and grow their own team.
 

They are looking for someone with excellent sales skills and experience and understanding of delegate sales. You will be expected to come on board, get to grips with the internal systems, processes and products etc and to quickly start making suggestions and recommendations for improvement before  recruiting your team of sales executives.


You will be expected to lead the delegate sales team by example and  continue to do some selling whilst managing your team. There is a portfolio of 200+ legal and tax events in total, which are mostly 1 day conferences with delegate averages of 50 so there is plenty of scope to deliver real results and really make your mark in this impressive global operation.
 
Ideal Candidate - you will have experience in delegate sales but perhaps want to opportunity to work for a more professional company that develop their staff. You may have already moved up into conference sposorship sales but are now really looking to move into a manage
 

Sales Management - from day one you will be report on sales campaigns to project managers, so should have an understanding of the sales figures and reports.

This is a real meaty role for someone who is a confident sales person with an understanding of conference sales and is ready to move to the next level with a professional global PLC
