Our client is a very successful Conference company based in London. They run a large number of quality conferences within such areas as E-Commerce, Pharmaceutical, Financial and the Broadcasting sector.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to manage a team of between 6-10 telesales execs. You will be responsible for the initial and ongoing training of the team, day-to-day motivation, and ideas on strategy, sales tools, and scripts. You will also be managing 3-4 projects a year, possibility of running two projects at any one time.
For this you will need to have a proven track record in telesales and direct sales within either Conferences, Exhibitions or Publishing, also minimum 2 years management experience along with being experienced in general sales issues-conflicts and motivation, be an excellent closer and are used to high ticket sales from £10K+-negotiating at senior level. Ideally who will be already a fully pledged manager with recent relevant hands-on management experience. This role is not for the faint hearted and will require an applicant who is dynamic and entrepreneurial.
