Recruitment Consultant - Digital Media - SW6 London Due to demand in the marketplace we are seeking to grow our digital media team. We work with clients across the digital media landscape, from agencies and publishers to clients direct and 3rd party technology platforms. Roles we work on include disciplines as diverse as client side marketing, search marketing, affiliate marketing, ad trafficking, project management and sales. Salary /Commission: Basic salaries range from £35K negotiable on experience, past/current performance. Monthly Commission Structure uncapped, unchanged in 9 years of trading with no rolling threshold. £1 - £4K = Threshold. £4K - £5K paid at 20% £5K - £10K paid at 25% £10K and above paid at 40% This is an industry that is still growing and as such is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who can bring some relationships and their experience with them to join a dynamic, privately owned consultancy that can offer flexibility, autonomy and excellent commissions (up to 40%) in a relaxed and experienced team environment. Skills Required: Successful applicants will boast a proven track record in achievement within Recruitment, showing skills in developing accounts, sourcing new business, negotiation, communication and managing both candidates and clients expectations. All applicants must possess a strong understanding of the 360 recruitment process with solid knowledge of the digital market and be currently based in the UK.
