A well respected B2B event and exhibition organiser is looking for a Project Manager to plan and deliver 4 events per year.

In this role you will be fully responsible for:

* End to end project management of the event
* Full operations and logistics including venue/speaker liaison
* Managing all event related internal and external relationships
* Developing marketing campaigns to ensure the generation of sales leads
* Budget setting and budget management for the events
* New business generation – telephone, face to face and networking
* Selling the event to potential suppliers and buyers to exhibit

Skills and experience required:

* Experience in commercial event coordination
* Good knowledge of the event industry
* B2B sales and negotiation
* Attention to detail and problem solving
* Ability to use a creative and methodical approach to maximise revenue opportunities
* Excellent communication skills

This role will also require good team-working; updating the Senior Project Manager and directing and supporting a Project Assistant.
You will have the opportunity to develop skills and progress to a senior level in project management, events, marketing and sales.

To be considered for this role you must have both events and proactive sales experience.
