Job Title: Internal Outbound Sales Manager
Salary: Basic £32K OTE £60K + Full Benfits

Basic function:
This role will contribute heavily to the success of the Public Course Sales Department by working closely with, and participating in, the Public Course Sales Management team. The job holder is fully accountable for all aspects of the Outbound Sales department, including but not limited to, the leadership, management, development and success of their team of Outbound Public Course Sales Representatives. Ensuring that they motivate and develop the teams to consistently hit and over-achieve targets whilst maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.
Specific responsibilities include:
Driving the Business
* Lead from the front, in terms of sales ability, drive, determination and energy.
* Drive Public Course Revenue through a robust enrolment strategy.
* Maintain consistency of territory and targets across the sales population.
* Pro-active performance management and target achievement.
* Manage outbound sales rep commission plan.
* Conduct regular, thorough analysis of Outbound Sales performance, using available data effectively.
* Develop and deliver incentives that drive performance and behavior.
* Work with MD and Marketing Director to identify New Business opportunities.
* Conduct Regular Territory Reviews to identify opportunities and areas for concern.
* Create and implement key facility/account management strategies.
Developing the People
* Budgetary Responsibility for outbound training budget.
* Source and manage the delivery of appropriate training.
* Responsible for all aspects of team development including skills development, training and competence measurement.
* Mentor and develop call quality through regular use of call recording system.
* Hold regular 121 reviews with all sales staff.
* Devise appropriate training/development plans for each rep.
* Workshop and develop best practice within your sales team.
* Manage performance plans, appraisals and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy.
* Manage the recruitment process for outbound sales rep from source through to appointment.
* Implement and oversee new reps induction and probationary period.
Owning the Process
* Manage revenue per attendee through sensible use of discount structures.
* Budgetary responsibility for incentives, meetings and travel.
* Use Company reports to identify achievement of productivity measures.
* Take pro-active approach to ensuring all reps meet these targets.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
