Salary: Basic 17,500 OTE 26K + Full Benefits
Working within the inbound call centre, to effectively deal with all incoming calls and web enquiries.
To handle all queries knowledgably and effectively, take orders, make bookings and generate leads for the outbound sales team.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Capture and validate all caller details through compliance with company’s scripts and related processes, ensuring excellent customer service.
· Convert incoming calls and web enquiries into sales of course bookings, training passports and training vouchers to hit yearly targets.
· Complete cancellations and transfers on courses for delegates
· Generate well qualified leads from calls and web enquiries for the outbound sales team.
· Effective process of administration calls
· Ensure accuracy of paperwork
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
· Graduate Caliber
· Experience of working to targets in a demanding customer facing environment
· Knowledge of excellent customer service – Understanding of customer service issues
· Highly computer literate
