IT Sales Manager
Due to growth our client seeks to recruit the finest managers to target the Corporate, SME and Public Sectors.
This position is purely a management role, with the focus being on staff development, coaching and recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a sales team of up to 15 internals and one external.
The environment is fast paced, target driven and extremely process driven.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
· A proven management track record managing a direct sales team within the IT industry.
· Strong knowledge of either the corporate, SME or public sector.
· Excellent IT product knowledge.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrate ability to grow business within customer accounts
· Coaching and development skills
· Good business acumen, showing evidence of ability to make sound business decisions
· Good Time Management Skills
· High achieving sales experience in the IT or similar high pressure sales environment
Basic 35-40K OTE 70K + Private Health Care, Pension Scheme, Income Protection Plan, Life Insurance, Discounted IT Products, Recognition Programs
