Role:



As Head of Catering Operations you will have the opportunity to work at one of the most recognisable venues in London. You will come from a Senior Management background within hotels, contract or institutional catering and will be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding within a customer focussed environment. You must also have proven experience in Catering Management, preferably high volume and multi-site and you must have high levels of leadership and people management experience.



You will be required to:



- formulating catering sales strategies

- Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels

- Coach, develop and nurture team

- Set standards and monitor service delivery
