The Role -
- To contribute to the marketing and communication strategies for each product. - To execute marketing campaigns which achieve maximum penetration and response, through effective messaging and creative which are on time and within budget. - To effectively manage and co-ordinate external marketing suppliers including creative agency, mailing house, printers, registration companies and web agencies. - To produce clear and effective briefing documents for external suppliers and internal service departments. This will include sending changes back to the designers and ensuring proofs are delivered on time. - To effectively communicate with internal colleagues on a regular basis ie 2/3 times a week - Collate all the relevant media (with media packs) and get on subs list for these magazines then distribute to sales teams. - To proactively manage external media and association relationships in order to extend the campaign to the broadest possible relevant audience. This will include setting up contra proposals, dealing with list swaps, data rental from externals and exhibitors, sending out list swap agreements, ensuring lists are seeded and monitor usage. Another important aspect will be to check that the deals are being carried out as per the contract. - To help write and proof marketing and sales collateral to include e-shots, brochure and website copy.
- Experience in a Marketing role, prefferably within a Media or publishing company. - Attention to detail. - Analytical skills - Graduate Educated - Excellent communication skills - Concise time managment - Energetic - Enthusiastic - Hands-on approach to work
