£18-22K + £15,000 OTE

Key Objectives To ensure revenue booked on to senior networking events hit required targets
• To generate new business as well as repeat business sales through telesales, attending events in London and Europe
• Looking at the new business planning each month ensuring that the leads are researched, monthly and daily targets are confirmed and the new business spreadsheets are up to date
• To take an invested interest in the environment around you and to maximize leads passed to you
• To work as part of a team of twelve promoting a motivated environment, leading by example through promoting a high performance and energetic driven environment
• To work effectively with other depts including production and the marketing team to maintain and maximise revenue through new and repeat business
The Candidate
Though sales experience isn’t vital, you must be high in confidence and be able to fit right in the B2B marketplace
You relish the opportunity to build strong working relationships both within the working environment and external clients.
You have demonstrated an ability to be self motivated individual who is looking for that next step in terms of working towards managing a team.
You have the ability to see solutions to problems and have clear vision of potential of products.
