Small entrepreneurial information solutions company is looking for an experienced conference producer to join them to produce conference programmes and web content.

The Conference Producer role -
The successful candidate will be developing topics with the managing director and securing top industry level speakers. You will be expected to be in regular contact with industry specialists on the telephone but to also meet with speakers on a face to face level also.

The successful Conference Producer applicant
They are looking for someone passionate and hungry to develop their career in a good company and a niche market.

You should have a good understanding of the full B2B conference production cycle with the confidence to manage and control it at each stage, i.e. identifying topics and speakers and potential content for the website, qualifying speakers interest, commitment and ability, evaluating commercial viability, developing the programme content, managing delivery and future relationships.

You should be also able to demonstrate the following skills and experience in a commercial environment:
?Conference Production ideally minimum of 2 years
?Copy Writing
?Telephone communications skills
?Ability to learn and understand technicalbusiness subjects

?Enthusiasm and Passion
?Self Drive and Motivation

The opportunity
They produce successful articles, web content and conferences all providing business specialists with business critical information and the opportunity to network face to face and through an online community.
The events are 2-3 days, based in the UK and internationally. You will work with the extremely experienced, company owner, to develop exceptional conference programmes.
