To provide high quality technical consultancy and support to all customers, internal & external.

2. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include

• Technical validation and product sign off for own discipline and/or product
• Contribution to technical proposals/projects in own specialist area
• Technical implementation to predefined specification in own area of expertise, usually single product
• Production of documentation/user guides to support own activities/implementation work
• Delivery of internal presentations
• Maintain product accreditation within area of expertise
• Provide product advice in presales engagements
• Distribute marketing and technical information to peers and the Sales staff

Essential

• Degree or equivalent
• Understanding of IT, Internet and system components i.e. CPU/memory/disk
• Microsoft Office skills
