Job Title: SMB Account Manager Location: London, UK Salary: Basic £30K OTE £70K Full Benefits Company: Global IT Reseller Job Role: An experienced SMB account manager is required to join our clients expanding team of sales people providing day-to-day account management of Small to Medium businesses, selling the broadest range of IT Hardware, Software and Consumables products in the market. Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated, proactive, keen and confident, motivated by earning money and developing relationships, and keen to utilise the training, support and guidance that the company offers. The person will be working as part of a strong team, responding quickly and efficiently to customer queries and needs by email, phone and instant messenger, while proactively developing opportunities. Requirements: The candidate should have existing experience, either from an equivalent role or another role which involved building and maintaining relationships with business customers, where the relationship could be transferred. The candidate should be experienced in customer relationship building, organised, a good negotiator and have excellent attention to detail. A good phone manner is essential, as is a professional manner personally, as the candidate will have the opportunity to visit clients, initially accompanied by a sales manager and/or a pre-sales / commercial representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales within the Small to Medium business area to take their career on to the next stage. A supplier of key manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard, IBM, Fujitsu Siemens, Microsoft and Cisco, all of whom have a regular presence on the sales floor to assist.
