With seven years under our belt, we’re established without being establishment. We work the traditional way – the proper way, but we’re less formal and more personal. We vet candidates, clients and staff alike to read between the lines so we fully understand the people we’re going to be working with. It’s an approach our consultants feel is a great way to work. Staff turnover is extremely low as a result, which is good for clients too. Many have had the same point of contact for years. Some of these clients were once candidates we placed and helped move up the career ladder until they themselves were in a position to hire people.
Clients know that because we do our job their time won’t be wasted. Our judgement is trusted, and that trust keeps getting extended. Most of our new business comes from referrals, the result of the best form of advertising we know – word of mouth. So, for the right reasons we’re a growing company.
We’re effective, which means when we place someone they tend to stay in place. We’re confident enough in our service, like Aston Martin offers a warranty, in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong, we promise a rebate. Incidentally we have just about one of the lowest rebate records in the business.
