We have now entered into our eighth year of trading and have developed a strong reputation for providing the best and most suitable candidates for our extensive portfolio of established clients. Some of our clients have been trading with us since we were formed and our reputation is highly regarded. We have carefully and successfully developed genuine partnerships with clients and candidates alike. This is evident by the way so many of our clients who were originally candidates were suitably impressed with the level of service they received when they were looking for work, have now come back to us when they required staff.
Recruitment is not an exact science and occasionally the placement does not work out as originally hoped for by either the client or the candidate. This type of situation can be minimised if the consultant and agency does the whole recruitment process without cutting corners. Every candidate whose C.V has been sent across to one of our clients will have been properly vetted via a C.V. screening, followed by an extensive telephone interview. Should the candidate successfully negotiate that then they will be invited for a formal face to face interview at our offices. Only at this point will the candidate be allowed to have an interview with the client. This means that we have a full understanding of their work experience, personality, professionalism and motivations. We also get the opportunity to discuss with the candidate the client that they are meeting and what the job specification fully entails. Only by following this full process can we be as sure as is possible that the candidate and client are a good match. It is possible for us to count on one hand the amount of rebates we have had to reimburse our clients over the past few years.
We take pride in the high standards that we have managed to maintain. Over a third of our candidate database is from referrals and we have certainly found that the adage that good people refer good people to bear true. Good people will only refer good people to Recruitment agencies that they have been impressed with!
